Hair Care Instructions
The secret to maintaining gorgeous hair:
Condition regularly. Sulfate-free conditioners are ideal for maintaining moisture, since sulfate agents dry out your hair.
Moisturize. For curly hair, a moisturizing/curl-activating lotion, cream or oil (alcohol-free) should be applied to wet hair. For straight or wavy hair, apply a dime-sized amount of argan oil to your hair every week.
Detangle daily. Using a Denman brush, detangle hair starting from ends to roots. At nights, plait or twist hair in sections and cover with a satin bonnet or hair cloth.
Control product buildup. Use a clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks to get rid of product buildup and keep your hair soft and flowing. Let your hair air-dry, if possible.
Repair/Restore. Whenever your hair starts to lose its natural texture, pattern and/or softness, you can restore your hair by using a deep conditioner and then maintain it by following the above steps.

In most cases, the problem is usually due to maintenance and care and can be quickly resolved once you reach out to us and follow our care instructions. For example, we all know that hair naturally sheds however extreme shedding is abnormal and commonly occurs when the hair wefts are cut. A quick and easy remedy is to apply weft sealer to your wefts before you reinstall.
Exchanges
Because of the sensitive and intimate nature of hair, we do not issue refunds, unfortunately. However, store credit and exchanges are allowed for item(s) that have been completely unused and unaltered; in the same condition the item(s) were received in. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, within 7 business days and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. After inspection of the item(s), which can take up to 3 days, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If you are approved, then your item(s) will be replaced, with a style of your choice, in the original lengths purchased.
Shipping/Delivery
Shipping/Delivery costs are non-refundable. Please also note that you will be responsible for payment of the shipping/delivery costs to return your item(s).
